RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We currently do not offer any types of exchanges, return and refund.
Customer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the item in the following conditions:
- The item has not been received by buyer
- The item was defective and faulty
- Item delivered does not match the product description in the listing of the item.
- Item delivered does not match the agreed specification i.e. wrong size, colour or different products to customer.
TJD Trade (M) SDN. BHD. will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the item, customer will receive their refund once we have received the payment from our payment gateway after the confirmation.
Please contact us within 5 working days from order fulfilment should you have a product that need to be returned.
We do not accept returns and/or refunds after 5 working days from order fulfilment date.
Stock clearance items are strictly not returnable.
